Andrés Alonso speaks on Baltimore's schools

Dr. Andrés Alonso was named CEO (superintendent) of the Baltimore City School System in June, 2007. He was formerly Deputy Chancellor of Teaching and Learning for the New York City Department of Education, where he was recognized for his innovation and his energy. He spoke on December 4, 2008, as part of the “Uncommon Voices” series at Baltimore's Bolton Street Synagogue.
